This luxury 2 bedroom apartment is situated within a quiet Victorian south-facing terrace in an enviable location within the heart of St. Ives, just a few moments from the beaches, cafes, restaurants and shops. It has spectacular views over St. Ives Bay and the recently converted building is unusual in that it also provides a parking space, which is quite rare in St. Ives. This apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two singles. There is also a sofa bed which can comfortably accommodate two people (for a small extra price). I also have the other flats in the same building which may be available, so please enquire - all of them have two bedrooms but two sleep up to 6 and two sleep up to 4. The flats are fully equipped with everything a family would need, including modern kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/drier, oven, hob and microwave. Please note Saturday changeover only in summer season, i.e. bookings must run from Saturday to Saturday

Take a leisurely walk along the coastal footpath south to Lelant with the opportunity to return by the branch line train or opt for a more energetic hike west towards Zennor and Gurnards Head. Soak up the sounds and images of this land of myth and legend. St. Ives offers the visitor everything that they could wish for in a seaside resort and is a place that truly has something for everyone!

  • Rental rates are for full weeks with Saturday changeover unless a nightly price is indicated.

    We ask for £100.00 initial booking deposit which is deducted from the balance. Balance due 6 weeks before your arrival date.
  • Please note that our Christmas bookings are going to commence on Sunday 20 - 27th so that you do not have to leave on Boxing Day, and New Year on 27 - 3rd January. If you would like to come on the Saturday, please enquire, but FULL weeks only at Christmas and New Year, please!
