La Treille Muscade is a totally charming 4 bedroom family provencal villa surrounded by vineyards with lovely gardens and a 12x6 metre swimmingpool. Superb views on the hilltop village of Gassin and on the edge of the Gassin Golf and Country Club. This villa is in a quite location but within 5 minutes reach of vibrant St tropez 3 kms from the nearest beach and 10 min drive takes you to the Pampelonne beaches: kilometres long golden sand and little creeks with small beaches are waiting for you: sailing -windsurfing-watersking or horse riding-tennis or golf. 4 bedrooms all with terrace or garden view -all the doors open to a relaxing covered terrace-area and green grassfields (playing-area for children); a separate terrace with table and chairs the barbecue-area. Ideal for the St Tropez Peninsula-3 kms fron Gassin village and only 2,8kms from vibrant Saint Tropez -- hidden in vineyards, not visible from any road, at the end of a residential 'lotissement' 'en cul de sac'- no traffic passing by- very secure. An immediate access trough a special gate in the garden, at 5 minutes walk(100m) to the Gassin Golf and Country Club with possibility to play golf, tennis and enjoy the restaurant and bar at the Clubhouse. The property is also closed to the Polo club with his marvelous restaurant and piano-bar in the evening where polo-matches became popular events during the summer. By car, you are at 10minutes drive from Pampelonne beach,Club 55 and other famous beach-restaurants- same for Salins or La Bouillabaise beach (2,5 km) sailing-school at 5 min drive also horse riding lessons at 5 min ( 1 km) Supermarket, open until 22h is at 1,5kms drive.
