This wonderful villa is set in beautiful landscaped gardens, and occupies a position that can only be described as one of the most stunning on the Parque da Floresta Golf & Leisure Resort, offering peace and tranquillity, total privacy and breathtaking views. Often described as ‘a retreat’ by guests who return year on year, the villa overlooks the 14th fairway, with views of the sea, and offers spacious and luxurious accommodation for 6 people. The entrance hall on the upper level leads to the newly refurbished open plan living area, with large kitchen and dining area, dining room for eight and sitting room with comfortable sofas, satellite TV, DVD and everything you need to relax in the evenings. The villa has extensive upper terraces with spectacular views and seating where you can enjoy the sun whilst having breakfast, lunch and sun-downer cocktails. There is also a gas BBQ if you feel inclined to stay in for supper.

The fishing village of Salema, with its beautiful beach and local restaurants, is a 5 minute drive from the villa. There are many other safe sandy beaches and coves including Burgau and Praia da Luz, suitable for all ages. Beautiful unspoiled beaches on the West Coast offer great surfing opportunities, including Amado which has a surf school. The majority of beaches have beach bars and beach restaurants offering local food. There are also fabulous walks with many coastal paths and other places of interest.

Golf: The villa overlooks the 14th fairway of the magnificent Parque da Floresta course, which has a golf academy, driving range, practice area, clubhouse and restaurant with shoe, club and buggy hire as required. Villa guests enjoy a 40% discount on green fees and buggy hire. Other courses close by are Boavista (10 minutes) and Penina (20 minutes). The Parque da Floresta course is 18 hole par 71. Measuring 5,587 metres from the white tees, its varying holes run along valleys, past eucalyptus covered ravines, flanked by olive, palm and pine trees. With no two holes remotely similar, the variety and appeal is endless. With its own golf academy, health and beauty spa, gymnasium and full range of sports and leisure activities, bars, restaurants and friendly “club like” ambience Parque da Floresta offers the best in a golf resort and its additional facilities make it an excellent ‘all round’ golf holiday destination.
