Fully equipped kitchen: Oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, iron, kettle etc. Satellite TV, Games Console, DVD and CD Player with selection of games/DVD's and CD's. Tastefully decorated. Off street parking. Short walk to the popular Villamartin Plaza with its shops, restaurants and bars. EU awarded La Zenia beach is only a 5 minute drive, as well as Villamartin Golf Club on the doorstep, Las Ramblas and Campoamor are just a 5 minute drive.
