This charming, small stone house has been newly built in a Tuscan style, in the middle of a large olive grove. It is located 2.5 km from the village center of Casale Marittimo. It can easily be reached via a 1.5 km street, which has no asphalt, but it is flat and accessible. The 45 m² house accommodates 2 to 4 people and it has a large living room with fireplace, kitchenette, dining place, and an extendable double bed coach, bedroom with double bed and closet, bathroom with WC and shower and central heating. The interior is very well kept and inviting. It was decorated with a lot of love for details. On a large, partially covered terrace with garden furniture, you can enjoy the silence, the sea view and the wonderful sunsets. The entire property is fenced and ideal for dog owners, who can take their pet with them on vacation.

Casale Marittimo was originally an Etruscan establishment. Around the year 1000, it developed itself to a community. The antique, historical small town, with its narrow, intricate streets of natural stone and with its stone houses offers a medieval atmosphere. It has been completely restored and it is the best kept village in this area. Time seems to stay still here. The town invites you to walk on its narrow streets, under arches and by terraces, while enjoying the view of the hills and the surrounding landscape. Around Casale Marittimo, a richly populated area unfolds. Even here you can find wine, oil and honey products. Shopping facilities, different restaurants and public adjustments are available on location. The sea and the beaches of Cecina Mare and Marina di Bibbona are approx. 12 - 14 km away. In the summer, you can enjoy numerous performances and original village festivals.

Wunderschöne Anlage. Sehr große Terrasse umgeben
von Olivenbäumen. Sehr gepflegt. Toller Ausblick. Man sieht sogar auf das Meer. Gebucht bei Case&Colline. Sehr guter Service. Immer ein offenes Ohr. Restaurantempfehlung vom Feinsten.
Ideal für 2 Personen+Kind.

Wundervolles kleines Ferienhaus

Wunderschönes kleines Ferienhaus mit traumhaftem Ausblick aufs nahe Meer und toller Terrasse und dem Grundstück im Olivenhain. Wir haben hier sehr schöne Ferien verbracht und unser kleiner Hund Fietje hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr schön, sauber, freundlich und hat alles was man braucht. Wir haben die Abende auf der Terrasse bei einem guten Glas Wein und frischem Obst vom Bauern nebenan sehr genossen. Die Gespräche (teilweise mit Händen und Füßen) mit der Besitzerin, die ab und zu zum Gießen vorbeischaut, waren sehr nett und anregend, die Betreuung und Infos durch Case & Colline sehr gut und herzlich. Alles in Allem sehr Empfehlenswert, wir kommen bestimm mal!! wieder

Wunderschönes kleines Haus mit traumhaften Blick zum Meer und zur Weinstrasse.Eingezäunter Garten - wichtig da wir mit Jagdhund reisen. Terrasse íst hervorragend möbiliert. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, sogar Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Etwas abseits gelegen und nur über eine unbefestigte Strasse zu erreichen, daher aber sehr ruhig.Haus und Garten sind sehr gepflegt und top sauber. Wir kommen wieder und zwar schon Ende Sept.2009.

Wir haben uns mit unseren 4 Hunden in dem sehr ruhig gelegenen, gepflegten und romantischen Haus mit Meerblick ! sehr wohl gefühlt und alle haben es sehr genossen. Das Haus übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Die Nähe zu Meer und vielen interessanten Ausflugsmöglichkeiten macht es zu einem idealen Ausgangspunkt.
