This is a beautiful traditional stone townhouse which has been thoughtfully and tastefully refurbished maintaining its character and charm. The house is situated in a quiet location just minutes (level walk) from the Main Square, restaurants, bars, shops and the wonderful Sunday market. On the ground floor you will find two living rooms, cloakroom and a wonderful open plan fully equipped kitchen and dining room. There is access to a shaded courtyard which is lovely for 'al fresco' dinners! On the first floor there is a double bedroom with en suite shower room, there is a further smaller double bedroom. Access is from this floor to a wonderful sunny terrace with the most amazing views over the roof tops towards the Puig da Maria (monastery). This truly is the most wonderful place to relax, sunbathe have a meal or just simply enjoy the stunning views and dream! On the top floor there is a large double bedroom and en suite bathroom. There is air conditioning in each of the bedrooms.

Nearest Train: Alcudia at 10 Kilometres

Nearest Beach: beach at 5.0 Kilometres

The house is situated in the historical old town centre of Pollensa, in a traditional street that is full of charm and character. All major conveniences- restaurants,bars and shops are within a 5 minute walk. The famous Calvario steps and the wonderful Sunday market are just minutes away and the nearest beach is a ten minute drive. The Placa Major (Main Square) and the amazing Church of Our Lady (Nostra Senora) is a five minute walk. The Placa Major is a wonderful location to 'soak up' the village life and atmosphere enjoying one of the bars or restaurants! The beautiful city of Palma is a 45 minute drive and the wonderful beaches of the Formentor and Muro are a mere 15 minute drive. Soller is a 60 minute spectacular drive through the mountains. There is a superb selection of restaurants and you are truly spoiled for choice! In the summer parking in the town can be difficult, I always managed to find a space- even in the peak of the season and within easy walking distance of the house.
