The down stairs shower room , fitted with granite tiles ,slate floor and power shower is perfect to come in from the beach, through the back door,fling off the wet suit, because you will have walked,and have an invigorating warm up! Notes: We have said the house is suitable for the elderly, due to down stairs w/c and shower room, handrail by tiolet and on stairs, and large amount of living areas down stairs to facilitate the family spreading out.Once a day you would have to go up stairs for bed.It is also a flat walk to the beach, and near to a bus route.Although there are no ramps to get the wheel chair in it is one step at the front into the main entrance .The doors/corridors are wide, and once in a wheelchair or a zimmer frame, could be facilitated down stairs. We offer a full bespoke concierge facility, which can be anything from book ahead tickets and activities, to daily maid service or shopping,babysitting or in house cheffing.Just ask!

The seven of us had a lovely week in Bude!

The house is fab - GREAT location, we often went on walks in the local area (through town, along the beach, to Bude Castle all of which are only a few minutes away). Cooking with the Aga was very exciting, as was dining in the garden.

Bude and the surrounded area is packed full of things to do - we went to a theme park, raspberry picking, abseiling and even rat running (abseiling facing downwards, so it's like running down a cliff!). We also made good friends with the people in the local Scrumpy shop...

Would definitely recommend this property for a fun-filled and relaxing week on the beautiful Cornish coast.

Superb Family Accommodation Close to Beach

This is a really lovely spacious and comfortable family home. We holidayed here in late August/early September with our party of 7 (5 adults and 2 children) and we all felt immediately at home. The house was spotless when we arrived and it was nice lovely touch to have a welcome pack and milk in the fridge. As well as having space for us all to sit/eat together there was also plenty of room for everyone to spread out and do their own thing. The AGA was a wonderful treat, not only did we manage to cook some lovely food on it(jacket potatoes were delicious), but it also provided a lovely source of warmth on the cooler days! The garden was lovely and there was plenty of games both outdoor and indoor to keep everyone happy.

Crooklets Beach, just a couple of minutes walk away, provided some fantastic surfing for all the family too.

All in all, a lovely place to stay and we can't recommend it enough.

We visited with our 3 girls [all under 3!] and my parents and had a wonderful 2 weeks in this family friendly well equipped seaside home. Everything we needed for the girls was provided free of charge and without any hassle for us - thanks!

The garden was perfect in all aspects. Great for the girls to roam around safely and lovely on an evening for a ber and BBQ when kids in bed.

Spotlessly clean throughout when we arrived with beautiful bedding.

perfect location up road from beach with nice little cafe, rockpools and excellent surf.

Recommend this home to anyone with a family as its an all rounder. We didn't even use the car for the 1st wk as everyting we needed was in walking distance.

Perfect for large family or even two

We came with our 3 kids , au pair and grand parents and the house was perfect. Very nice interiors, comfortable big rooms, a big garden. We had lovely breakfasts and barbecue outside and the kids had good place to play. Special thing is the AGA, a great experience to cook with it.
The beaches and town are near with all facilities. Perfect to stay with kids! We can really recommand this house!
