Right next to the pedestrian area of Nice, with all the centrally located shops and restaurants is this top modern studio apartment. The upper level has two spacious beds, three closets and a shower room. Downstairs is a sitting group with TV for four people with a sofa bed which has two full seize beds. There is a dining table for four and a kitchen which is fully equipped. Two electric burners, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave. The room is air-conditioned and has heating during the cooler season. Downstairs is also the WC and a closet for storage. From the window one overlooks the roofs of Nice, facing west. The building an old French charming building, a charming entrance and new elevator, the apartment is on third floor. 250 metres to the beach. The the immediate neighbourhood is also the port, opera, railway station and all of central Nice. There are city buses and tramway and the apartment is easily accessed from the airport.
