Photos and Description of this Albufeira Town & Marina holiday apartment Beautiful tastefully decorated light and airy 2 bed apartment

The apartment is situated in a quite condominium with 30 units. There are 2 pools (I children's) and a full size Tennis Court. Situated on the first floor in a block of eight this is the top floor.It has 3 balconies. It has all mod cons in the separate kitchen, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker, hob and dishwasher. There is air conditioning in both bedrooms and the lounge.and electronic blinds in all rooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, with jacuzzi, shower over bath, bidet, sink unit and toilet. There is a separate shower room adjacent to 2ND Bedroom With sink unit and toilet. We also supply sunbeds and sunshade for your own personal use at the pool, for when you want to crash out at home. The apartment can sleep 5 if one is a baby.(have a cot)

The apartment offers a fantastic location for beach holiday. Although in a quite area you are only a 3min drive or 20 minute walk from fisherman's beach (praie pescadors). There are many beautiful beaches east or west of Albufeira too. There are circuit buses running around Albufeira every half hour if you don't wish to drive & also a train that runs around Albufeira which you can hop on and hop off where you fancy. There are various shops a short walk away including an authentic portuguese restaurant, pastelaria and supermarket. You are also only a 15 minute walk from the old town where there is street entertainment and bars & restaurants to suit everyone. It has recently been renovated and has a great cosmopolitan feel. If you go up the escalators near pescador beach you have fantastic views across bays of Albufeira. There are three water parks between 15 and 30minute drive and also Zoomarine. Albufeira is a perfect place to stay as it is at centre of Algarve so can go east or west

A lovely apartment

The photos tell it as it is - this is a lovely and spacious apartment. It was clean and very well maintained and had everything we needed. The pool was also clean and well maintained. There is a supermarket a few minutes walk away and one restaurant which we liked. The owner of this apartment was helpful and dealt with emails very quickly.
We personally didn't like the centre of town much, but the beach is nice and there are other towns easily reached by bus or car.

Very relaxing holiday in great complex

The apartment was fantastic and the service great. There was always somebody able to help with any of our needs. The lack of a bar close by and the long walk to the town does not help. You can manage without a car however be prepared to use Taxi's and buses. A large construction project that will help long term with the area is going on and this restricts your you when walking into the old town at night. Teenagers soon get bored in the complex as there is no Bar or music. I would definatly use the apartments again as they are real quality, however I would not take my teenagers again as they were not interested in the quality of the accomadation, but only being nearer the action. In summary, a great apartment, but a little way out and in my opinion, good for young children but teenagers will find it a little isolated. I felt the description did describe the apartment as closer than it is and this would have changed my decision when booking with teenagers. Take this fact away, and they are great apartments.
