Photos and Description of this Hossegor holiday apartment

The new holiday apartment is located on the first floor in an exclusive residential district of Hossegor in a perfect location, namely between lake and ocean. The distance to the Atlantic beach by footway through the pine forest is about 1500ft, to the saltwater lake less than 300ft. The centre of Hossegor with many shops and boutiques is about a mile away. The modern apartment with parquet floor is tastefully and stylishly furnished and offers a lot of comfort. The bright living room with dinette which has got a fantastic view over the pine forest and the dunes consists of two couches and a TV. From there, you have access to the large, partly covered balcony with lawn furniture and reclining chairs from where you can see the saltwater lake of Hossegor (as on the picture), as well as the dunes of the Atlantic. There are two bedrooms and a modern, perfectly equipped kitchen incl. washing machine and dryer. The car can be parked on the property.

Hossegor is a lovely coastal town which is located directly at the Atlantic coast. It has a beautiful, widespread and miles long sandy beach. The neighbouring harbour of Capbreton with its sailboats and yachts, the casino and its shimmering nightlife have made out of Hossegor one of the most popular spots along the southern French Atlantic coast. Throughout the year, you find here excellent shopping of fresh fish and seafood as well as the newest fashion from Paris.

Biking: The region Aquitaine offers more than 300 miles of marked and paved biking trails. In addition to that, there are excellent biking opportunities in the wide pine forest and the poorly frequented roads inland.

Nature and lakes: Hundreds of rare plants and animal species can be observed in nearby nature resorts. Ornithologists will love these backwoods, too - just a few miles away from the beaches. The numerous sweet and saltwater lakes are perfect for wind surfers and children to swim, especially when the ocean might sometimes be too rough.

Golf: Since a couple of years the region has become a happy playground for golfers from all parts of Europe. Within 30 miles around Hossegor are 12 golf courses out of which one, the 'Golf de Seignosse', has just been selected most beautiful course of France. Even professionals consider it as a real challenge.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer sehr schönen Gegend und ihr Blick ist zauberhaft auf das Meer und den See; die Terasse ist groß und ersetzt auf jeden Fall einen Garten. Die Wohnung selbst ist hell, luftig und großzügig aufgeteilt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wenngleich etwas bessere Qualität wünschenswert ist. Sie könnte gepflegter sein; ein wenig mehr Aufwand bei der Instandhaltung würde nicht schaden.
