Located on the breathtaking PGA rated new golf course (Las Salinas). The villa has stunning views of the sea and the property is of a modern design with 5 very spacious bedrooms, a very large lounge and dining area, fully fitted separate kitchen with all utensils, 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite) and a private heated pool. The villa stands on a large plot of 800 sqm of landscaped and patio gardens with a large sun terrace for private sun bathing. The Atlantico shopping centre is only a 5 minute walk with a large supermarket and lots of shops, as well as Burger King and McDonald's for the kiddies plus multi screen cinema including English. The beautiful Castillo beach only a 10 minute walk with crystal clear water and golden sand. The villa has parking for 2 cars, a dedicated barbecue area and walls around the garden with lockable gate for full security and privacy.

The airport is only 8 kms from the villa approx €15 in a taxi, car hire is also available and highly recommended to discover the beautiful island of Fuerteventura. The capital Puerto Del Rosario is only 12 kms from the villa with a fantastic shopping centre (Las Rotondos). Atlantic shopping centre only 5 minutes walk, open 7 days a week from 09.30 until 22.00 including the Sol Bank. Lots of shops, big supermarket, restaurants etc.Also the Sheraton Hotel,we have also negotiated a discount with the Sheraton Hotel of 20% on all treatments and for entrance to the Thalasso spa with Hydrospa, Roman and steam bath, jacuzzi plus lots more for reduced price of 15€.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices shown are in English pounds and are per week, based on 10 people sharing. A discount can applied for parties of less than 10. Children under 2 yrs are free of charge and a complimentary cot will be provided.
    Heating of the pool between beginning of May through end of Nov additional £75 per week
  • Bookings will only be held for 1 week prior to deposit. Deposit of 20% is required with the balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. Upon receipt of your deposit a confirmation of your booking will be sent by e mail. A security deposit of £200 needs to be paid on arrival and will be refunded subject to and after exit inspection.

Notes: Large sun terrace with stunning views. The villa will have a full clean prior to arrival, with fresh towels and linen provided once a week. The pool will be cleaned every week. Any special requests can be made at time of booking eg cot, high chair etc. We would request that smokers use the outside area only for smoking and not inside the villa. Please cover the pool each night as this helps keep it in top condition. The property is all on one level and would be suitable for disabled persons with wheelchair. Very large lounge with bar area, dining table and chairs, sofas, coffee table, 40 in LCD TV with BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5 and Film Channel. Full music system. Large patio doors leading to the private pool, and landscaped gardens. Gardens and patios to all 4 sides of the property, sun loungers, patio table and chairs, barbecue, private swimming pool. Private off road parking for 2 cars. 6 person Jacuzzi.

Activities: The beautiful golden sandy beach of Castillo is only a 10 min walk from the villa. There are a variety of water sports available eg, jet skis, pedalos, kayaks, wind surfing, diving, snorkelling, fishing trips and catamaran rides. 40 mins drive to the famous sand dunes of Corralejo and breathtaking beaches.

Golf: The villa is situated in the on the superb brand new Las Salinas golf course, club hire, trolley and buggy hire are available and a driving range. The already established Fuerteventura Golf, is very close by only 1km with the same facilities.
