Recently extended and completely refurbished throughout to a very high standard, with a new granite kitchen and new bathrooms. Nestling at the foot of the pine clad hills, the tranquil El Rancho villas, sprawl widely across beautiful landscaped gardens. The air conditioned/heated three bedroom villa offers families or groups of friends’ ideal accommodation conveniently located to one of the communities swimming pools with a separate children’s’ paddling pool. Sitting room opens onto private sun terrace with built-in BBQ, and has superb views of the Mar Menor and Mediterranean sea. There is an additional roof top solarium. La Manga Club is ideal for a quiet break, or to take advantage of all the sports facilities available, such as golf, tennis, football, rugby, cricket, biking walking and much more. La Manga Club is a 5 star resort with all year round facilities, set back in the Murcian hills with its own private beach it can be an active holiday or restful place to stay offering 326 days of sun. There are 3 championship golf courses and 27 tennis courts, football academies and school holiday clubs at Easter and Summer breaks. There is a bus provided by the Club for your use. The restaurants are varied and suitable for children, but the nearby town of Los Belonos is also popular. The La Manga Strip has shops, restaurants and beaches and the Carrefour at Cartagena is a new shopping complex with the old favourites like C&A.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The rental rates shown are for complete weeks and based upon changeover day being Saturday, although we are very willing to be flexible on changeover day and length of stay, by negotiation. Property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. Please bring your own beach towels.
    A deposit of 20% of the rental amount is payable at time of booking. The balance of the rental is payable 8 weeks before arrival.
    A damage deposit of £100 is also payable with the balance of rental, and is refunded 2 weeks following departure, subject to satisfactory inspection of the villa and return of keys. Ideally arrival is not before 16:30, and departure is 10am, although it may be possible to be flexible with these times.

My family and I have just come back from La Manga and we stayed in this Villa which exceeded our expectations. The location was absolutely fabulous. We were about 10 feet from the pool and it was just magic being able to get up in the morning and walk out the bedroom door for a quick swim before breakfast. My 5 year old daughter never left the pool and everything was so well maintained. The Villa itself was beautiful and so well equipped. Nothing was left to chance. It had everything! I loved it as did the rest of the family and I will be trying to book again for next year.
