Set in an idyllic position within the medieval town of Semur en Auxois, this former water mill has been beautifully and thoughtfully renovated to a superb luxurious standard. The property is awash with fabulous antique art Deco pieces and furnishings, every detail has been executed with genuine style. Comfortably accommodating 4 - 6 people with two large double rooms and one small double room with 2 bathrooms over two floors. The heart of the property is the living room, with floor to ceiling picture windows over looking the river and beyond, complete with state of the art technology – TV and music systems with hi speed internet. Leading off from the living area to the dining room, perfect for those evenings with family or friends enjoying the gastronomic delights our region has to offer.
