Casa Santiago: is a beautiful villa offering you a holiday in the tranquil village of Yaiza. The moment you step into the villa you will feel perfectly at home. Through the front entrance is the spacious living room, with leather settee and recliner chair, Flat screen 42 ' TV, offering some satellite channels, DVD, and fireplace. Immediately off the living room is a 'formal' dining area with glass table and chairs, with a further family room off, which also has a table and chairs and two 2 seater settees. The kitchen is well equipped, with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob and all the usual things needed for a self catering holiday. There is a utility room with washing machine and drying area.

Swimming Pool: is electrically heated, or solar in the summer months. The pool has wading steps, which is surrounded by colourful plants and cactus, creating a beautiful setting in which to relax. There are two sun terraces which are well equipped with patio furniture, sunbeds, a purpose made BBQ area which is covered for shade and a further shaded area with table and chairs.

Bedrooms: are all double. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedside cabinets, dressing table and a walk in wardrobe. There is an en-suite bathroom off this. In bedroom 2, there is a double bed, and a further single bed. Bedside cabinets, wardrobe and dressing table. In bedroom 3 there is a double bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe. There are three bathrooms (one is en-suite in the main bedroom). One bathroom has a full bath with shower over, toilet, hand basin with cupboards under and bidet. Third bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, bidet, hand basin with cupboards under.
