A superb, luxury, two-bedroomed villa in the valley below the beautiful village of St Paul de Vence. The villa has air-conditioning, satellite TV, DVD, broadband, iPod docking station, dishwasher, washing machine, and a dryer. The villa is on a small, quiet domain in a very green and peaceful valley, with a shared swimming pool and tennis court, and even its own vineyard. The village is perched on a hill just above the property, and is a 10 minute walk away.

The centre of St Paul de Vence is a 10 minute walk away up a fairly steep hill. There are many restaurants, cafes and art galleries in the area. St Paul is one of the most beautiful villages in Provence. It's one of the most perfectly-preserved medieval villages anywhere, with cobblestoned streets and old façades, all enclosed by ancient ramparts. The beauty of the surrounding area, quality of life and exceptional light has inspired numerous famous artists, painters, writers and poets, many of whom took up residence in the village. You can find major works from some of these famous artists at the Fondation Maeght, just outside the village, which has a large collection of paintings, sculptures, drawings and other graphic works from the 20th century The Malvan Valley, where the villa is situated, despite being so easy to access, is a verdant oasis of tranquillity, perfect for leisurely walks.

  • - €175 per stay for cleaning and laundry (payable on arrival to property manager).
    - Bed linen and bath towels provided at no extra cost (beach/ swimming pool towels not provided).
    - €750 security/damage deposit payable in advance (returned within 2 weeks of departure and refundable on cancellation).
    A 35% deposit is required on reservation. The remainder is due 1 month prior to arrival. Payment by bank transfer (or by credit card with a 4% additional charge). Rental fees are non-refundable unless we manage to find other guests.

St Paul is also extremely conveniently positioned for numerous hill villages in the area such as Mougins, Valbonne, Haut-de-Cagnes, Tourettes and Grasse. Glamourous beach towns such as Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Cap Ferrat and Monte Carlo are all just a stone's throw away. The ski resorts of Isola 2000, Auron and Gréolières are 1-2 hours' drive away.

We had a wonderful time at your villa, which is a really attractive place: everything that we needed, very good facilities, nice fresh décor and a relaxing feel to it. We all really enjoyed ourselves.

The villa is very well placed for the things that we did, in addition to soaking up some much needed sun and the pool, and lazy evening meals on the terrace. We enjoyed the walk to St Paul de Vence (a really stunning place) on several occasions, and travel to Nice, Cannes, Antibes and Monte Carlo was easy and trouble free. Our shopping base was Vence, which we also found to be a very attractive little town, and the scene on our farewell French lunch on the last day by the side of the town square. All very nice!
So thank you very much for all your help in making this a nice break for us.

Having just returned from spending two weeks at this property, we can say that the villa and location are truly outstanding. As a couple with a 15 month old daughter, we wanted a high standard of accommodation and a safe and secure garden for her to play in. The house is superb, every little detail has been taken care of, from the large comfy beds to the well equipped kitchen. The bathrooms are very well appointed and everywhere was spotlessly clean when we arrived. We loved the flower filled garden and the pool, which we had to ourselves most of the time, was also very well maintained. Beautiful views, safe environment, fabulous accommodation – we had a fantastic time here and would highly recommend the villa.
