This large detached family villa, totally modernised in 2004, has modern appliances, comfortable furnishings, with a new private pool and delightful views from both the pool area to the sea and also from the upstairs terraces. We have three double bedrooms and one bedroom with two twin beds, a large open plan kitchen/dining room, upstairs and downstairs lounges with television in each, front and rear terraces to catch the sun all day, outdoor barbecue with teak furniture for dining, and air conditioning in the master bedroom. You can walk to the beach, bars and restaurants, the local supermarket and general shops, so if you want a relaxing holiday no car is necessary. Bus stop to Malaga is a 5 minute walk.

Our villa is a 30 minute drive from Malaga aiport, and a short walk to the family beach of Rincon de la Victoria with its lively range of restaurants and bars. Anoreta Golf is a 10 minute drive, Bavera golf 15 minutes, 30 minutes drive to Nerja/Frigliana, 45 mins to Mijas, an hour and a quarter to Marbella and Puerto Banus. Central Malaga is 20 minutes by local bus. Granada is an hour and a half each way, as well as Sevilla, and Ronda. An ideal spot to explore this part of Southern Spain. Rincon de la Victoria has a well kept beach side paseo ideal for walking, connected by tunnel to La Cala del Moral, the next beach resort with its own bars and restaurants. Local buses run to the villages in the nearby hills. The town has its own excellent range of shops with fresh fruit, vegetables, fishmongers, meats and bakeries, and a weekly market on Wednesday morning. We have a local guide for visitors wanting private tours arranged by car or minibus.

Notes: We offer a teak dining table on the rear upstairs terrace with six chairs as well as wrought iron casual seating for five people. This area has retractable blinds for shade. The barbecue is also located here with tiled seating and a sink with cold water. On the pool deck we have two sun loungers and a poolside table with chairs for six. There are two additional sun loungers upstairs.

Traditional two story Andalucian style villa of stone with white balustrades, yellow exterior paint, and warm toned tiles courtyard around the pool. We have automatic gates at the front of the house with a key and a remote control for your security. Traditional style interior but with modern open plan kitchen and modern appliances. Bathrooms newly renovated. Suitable for couples and families who wish to be convenient to the beach, shops and golf. Located close to the motorway exit with easy access to Spain's network of roads. The views are good to the sea and whilst you are in a town traffic is light as we are on a one way straight going downhill, and it is not a through route. Walking is moderate with a short steep incline from the road below to our house gate.

Fabulous family house near sea

The pictures do not show quite how lovely this house is and the views from it. The pool is fantastic and there are plenty of terraces to escape the sun.We have three young boys and all found space to have a good time. It is beautifully presented, clean, quiet and situated in a residential street, about 200 yards from a great supermarket. The hill is steep but luckily the house is close to the bottom of the hill and the walk is around ten minutes to the beach, but parking is fine if you have a car. Rincon is a wonderful family resort, especially for younger kids with activities on the beach every night and very spanish in feel (only heard one English accent the whole two weeks we were there in August). thoroughly recommend this as a comfortable, relaxed, luxurious house to escape the noise of the beach every day.

Great villa for a family vacation

We just returned from a week at this villa and had a wonderful time. the pictures do not do it justice. Villa was spacious, well-kept and very comfortable for our family of five (including three children). Pool and terraces are delightful. We would, however, recommend renting a car as the beach is quite far and up a very steep hill on the return. We had no problem parking near the beach. Town is very nice. Has all the amenities and the beach restaurants and promenade are great fun. Only negative is that there is no true manager near by and the rental agency is quite useless.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
