Sleeps 8, 300sqm Provencial style house, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, separate toilet, with small private pool set in 3000 sq.m. of private land located in a very peaceful setting, olive grove, beautiful lawn, 2mins from amenities, 10mins from beach, less than 5 mins from the beautiful village of Valbonne, 20mins Cannes, 15mins Nice airport. Very large lounge, traditional Provencial terracotta tiles, high ceilings with beams, large fireplace, separate fully furnished kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, etc...), washing machine, air conditioning in 3 bedrooms. All linens and towels supplied (incl pool towels). Large covered beamed terrace, sun loungers, outside dining set, BBQ...Children's amenities include a trampoline, sandpit, swing set with slide and a large wooden play house on stilts and inside and outside toys. Cots and high chairs available. Private roof terrace.

Roquefort is a residential 'very leafy' village located 10mins inland from the coast. Local amenities include a supermarket, post office, several banks, 2 petrol stations and our own village cinema! There are several quaint Provençal villages within and 10kms radius including the famous village of Valbonne with a weekly Provençal market, many restaurants and historical attractions. The area holds possibly the most beautiful coast in Europe with the sandy beaches of the Cote D'Azur. The glitz and glamour of Cannes and Monaco to the historic port town of Antibes and the understated beauty and genuine feel of Nice. There are 9 golf courses within 15 mins of the villa. There are water parks, animal parks and activities range from cycling and walking along the coasts or in the nearby mountains to diving, water skiing and lots more. There is a huge range of local eateries ranging from great outside family pizza/Provençal restaurants to Michelin starred restaurants.
