Swn yr Afon stands in an enclosed lawn garden and is a modern, well-equipped 3 bedroom bungalow, surrounded by peaceful farmland with a superb view of the valley. This very comfortable property offers spacious accommodation all on the ground floor, heated by a ground source heat pump. Swn yr Afon is part of a family working 100 hectare farm, situated between two rivers namely the Dulais and the Sannan. The area supports a wonderful variety of wildlife in a countryside setting and is only a short distance away from a Red Kite feeding station. Getting here is very easy with the M4 only 13 miles away and the A40 only 1 and a half miles away.
