Notes: Luxury kitchen with granite surfaces & splash backs. Large, open plan living and dining area, approximately 30' x 20'. Leather sofas, dining furniture. Includes 32' plasma TV, home theatre system, playstation 2 & games. A selection of DVDs and CDs, also board games etc. Also a selection of CDs & DVDs. The pool is equipped with Roman steps, to aid access. At the far end of the pool, there are steps leading to a raised, landscaped area overlooking the pool & gardens. Inside the shed we have put a selection of outdoor games & blow up pool toys, lilos etc (and a pump). Unfortunately the villa is not suitable for wheelchairs, as there are no ramps, or downstairs bedrooms. The villa is air-conditioned throughout, this also supplies heating in the Winter months. A cot and highchair are available upon request as an extra. The villa is managed by an English couple, who will arrange to meet you during the first day or so, to cover any questions you have.

Ski: At the top of Mount Olympus skiing can be enjoyed from Jan-Mar every year. A four wheel drive vehicle is essential to fully enjoy the scenic journey which takes approximately one and three quarter hours. The villages on the way to the Troodos can be enjoyed all the year round. They are unspoilt, time passes very slowly and there is no rush to do anything.

Golf: The three main golf courses nearby are: Secret Valley Golf Course which is only 5 minutes away. The New Aphrodite Hills Golf Club only 10 minutes away. Tsada Golf Club, approximately 20 minutes away.v
