The living area incorporates two generous sofas with seating for at least four people with an LCD screen TV, multi region DVD and a Bose system with leads for an Ipod and Wi-Fi internet access. There is also a dining area capable of seating ten. The separate Italian kitchen is fully equipped with top of the range appliances and the kitchen and living area lead onto a west facing balcony with a Weber electric barbecue. Bedrooms are beautifully fitted out with twin beds and a shared east facing balcony looking down on the communal swimming pool. Facilities include one bathroom, one toilet, and a shower room with a toilet. The sliding doors in the living room leading onto the west facing terrace let in plenty of natural light. This is an ideal location for executives attending conferences in the Palias and is also perfect for even the most discerning families who are after luxury in a great location.

This contemporary apartment, fully fitted out to a very high standard, is on the third floor of a low rise building with a lift, communal swimming pool set in the adjoining landscaped garden and secure underground parking.For anyone not having been to Cannes before, Cannes La Bocca is a charming part of Cannes 2.8 kilometres along the coast from central Cannes with numerous restaurants,bars,shops and a local market within walking distance.This apartment is situated in Rue de Bosquet - just two minutes walk from the St Marguerite Church on France Tonner Avenue. It is a ten min bus ride or a 30 min walk to the Hotel de Ville near the Palais des Festivals in Cannes (buses running aprox every 6 min), and just 4 mins walk to the sandy beaches at Plague du Midi.There are also two train stations, one within two min walk which goes to Cannes and Grasse and the other, 6 min walk, which goes along the coast to Cannes, Nice, Monaco and Saint Raphael.The journey by train to Cannes takes 6 min.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The rate covers the provision of linen and towels for up to 4 people, use of the pool, wifi internet access, parking and final cleaning on departure. 50% of the total amount is due at the time of booking and the remaining 50% becomes due six weeks prior to your stay.
    Additionally, we require a refundable Breakages Deposit of €350 for each booking. This must be charged to a credit card 3 weeks prior to arrival. The transaction is then reversed after departure, once the apartment is left in an orderly and undamaged condition.

    Payment is only accepted in Euros.
  • The rates above are inclusive. During conference periods the rates are higher, as listed, due to stronger demand.

CLEANLINESS: One important area for us is that anywhere we stay is spotlessly clean. Our apartment is thoroughly cleaned before each party of guests arrive. Beds are dressed with fresh linen and clean towels are provided for each guest. You just need to bring your own beach towels. On departure the apartment is cleaned once again so you do not need to spend your holiday time cleaning and polishing!

BEACH TOWELS: While we do provide towels for each guest, we do not supply beach towels so please remember to bring your own

CHANGEOVER DAY: Changeover day is normally Saturday but off-season we will consider changeovers on other days. We will try to accommodate if possible!
