Our apartment is an extremely attractive, spacious, luxury two bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a small new development a few minutes walk from the beach. Its southerly aspect offers the benefit of day long sunshine and has very large terraces to the front and side overlooking the communal pool area, together with a shady garden area to the rear. It is tastefully furnished throughout, with leather settees (including a double sofa bed) in the lounge area, glass topped dining table.

Santa Ponsa is an attractive family resort with a large sandy beach within a very short stroll of our apartment. There are a wide range of shops, restaurants and leisure facilities to hand to appeal to every taste. Car hire is not necessary as there is a good bus service and also plenty of taxis to take you to other attractions within easy reach, including water parks, Marineland, the Aquarium in Palma and plenty of golf courses! A very short drive from our apartment is Santa Ponsa Golf I and also Santa Ponsa Country Club, where daily membership is available enabling use of all the spa facilities, indoor and outdoor pools and tennis courts. From Palma you can explore the rest of the island by bus, or you can take the scenic train to Soller. There are also various bus and sea trips available starting in Santa Ponsa.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We ask for a 25% non refundable deposit to secure a booking. The balance is then payable 8 weeks prior to the start date of a holiday. If booking within the 8 weeks then the full amount is due on booking. We also ask for a £250 security deposit, which should be paid by separate cheque which is destroyed once an inspection of the apartment has been made on your departure.
  • The apartment is usually available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10 am. on your departure day. However if we are able to, we will happily accommodate alterations to this arrangement to fit in with flight timings.

The apartment was very nice and in a relatively good location . It is located about 10-15 minutes walk to the centre which I found not a problem dependant on the age of the person this would not be a problem . The Air Con in my view is just OK and did not function correctly for about 2 1/2 days whilst I was there and it was very warm at night .The apartment overall is of a very high standard and I honestly believe that the Air Con issue would have been an isolated case. The main beds in the main bedroom are 2 singles pushed together and do not have the correct bedding. The property was very clean and the people we had to contact with any problems were very helpful , but like any issue that needs resolving by the spanish they are not that responsive . It is also very handy for the bus terminus to explore other parts of the island and the supermarket is about 10-15 minutes walk
