This luxury 2 Bed apartment is part of a 2yr old complex called La Residencia. This complex is positioned right beside the El Palmoral Commercial Centre, which has shops, restaurants and bars. It is only a 5 min walk to the beautiful white sands of Costa Calma beach, which stretches southwards for 20km. The apartment has Air conditioning throughout, Fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons and integrated units, a spacious living room with two large sofa beds. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin with wardrobes and bedside lockers providing plenty of storage space. It also has a large sun terrace area with sun loungers, patio furniture and a private garden. The communal swimming pool is 30 metres away.

Costa Calma is down is a 50 min drive from the airport, on the Southeast Of the island and boasts spectacular natural beaches which continue southwards for 20 km. These are great for long walks. The famous Sotaveno Beach attracts Wind surfers and KiteSurfers all year round. Costa Calma is a relatively quiet resort suitable for families and couples alike. It has five commercial centres, all within walking distance of each other containing restaurants shops, bars and cafes, all of which are very reasonably priced. It is only 20km from the furthest southern resort of Jandia and Morro Jable, a quaint fishing village.
