Newly built semi-detached villa, located in the famous residential estate of Quinta dos Álamos, within 5 min. walk of the charming village of Guia, with several restaurants, supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, pastry and fruit and vegetable market. The villa is peacefully located and enjoys marvellous country views over a field of almond trees to one side. There is a private swimming pool, surrounded by terraces with shower, spacious covered sitting/dining area with brick-built barbecue and sink. The wall and fence around the property provide full privacy. The villa has air-conditioning in the lounge (for cooling and heating). Albufeira town and some of the Algarve’s best beaches, like Galé, S. Rafael, Salgados and S. Lourenço, are located within a few minutes drive.

Ein sehr schön gelegenes Haus,toller Pool,sehr schöne Terasse mit Außengrill.
Gute,geschmackvolle Einrichtung.
Sehr gute Lage,Algarve Shopping,Bars und Restaurants in Fussreichweite,zum Meer wenige Autominuten.Ein Auto ist allerdings nötig und dann hat man eine super
Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in beide Richtungen der Algarve.
Der Service von der Hausverwaltung war sehr freundlich und es wurde sich sofort um alles gekümmert.Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht und empfehlen das Haus unbedingt weiter,wenn man ein Auto hat und es ein wenig ruhiger mag.
