Casa das Águias is built into sloping countryside with its grounds and interior accommodation arranged on various levels. From the swimming pool, lawn and a pretty rock garden, a flight of steps leads up to the house. Here the spacious living room opens onto a side patio and is in two sections, a comfortable lounge being separated by two steps from the dining room. Completing the ground floor accommodation are a well equipped kitchen , a bathroom and two bedrooms. A marble staircase leads upstairs where there is another bathroom, as well as a twin bedroom with beautiful views and a spacious double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a dressing room section and a large balcony with sea views. • Lounge with TV & DVD player • Dining room • Kitchen • Washing machine • 2 twins & 2 double bedrooms • 3 bathrooms • Swimming pool • Barbecue • Security alarm • Golf nearby.

This impressive semi-detached villa is eight hundred metres from the popular resort of Olhos d'Agua, with its picturesque beach and a good variety of restaurants and bars. There's a well stocked supermarket five hundred metres away, the lively resort of Praia da Oura is within three kilometres and the golf course at Sheraton Pine Cliffs and Balaia Golf Village is nearby. Overlooked by craggy cliffs and backed by fragrant pine forests, Olhos D'Agua is named after the fresh water which springs from the 'eye' in one of the fascinating rock formations along its lovely beach. This is a fishing village where sun-wrinkled fishermen still mend their nets on the waterfront and there's many a Portuguese specialty dish served in the local restaurants. Nearby Balaia has several fine restaurants and the lovely beach of Santa Eulalia whilst Acoteias has a golf course and beautiful Falesia beach.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Weekly rental prices are inclusive utility charges.
    Clients must provide their own beach towels.
    Your accommodation is reserved from 2.00pm on the day of arrival. On the morning of your day of departure we ask you to vacate by 10.00 am to give the maid time to prepare the property for the next arrivals.
  • Villa is reserved exclusively for the people named on the booking. No other persons are permitted to stay at the accommodation unless this has been agreed in writing and appropriate payments made.
    The property may be reserved subject to availability, upon receipt of a deposit of 25%.
    Final payments must be received six weeks prior to your arrival date or at the time of booking if your arrival date is within this period. If the payment terms are not observed the booking may be cancelled and our cancellation terms imposed.
  • Should you cancel your booking, written notification must be received from the person who made the booking. The following charges will apply:
    -Cancellations by you or any other member of your party must be in writing.
    Calculated from the date we receive your notification, cancellation charges are as follows:
    Up to 9 weeks before arrival - loss of deposit,
    7 - 8 weeks before arrival - 50% of total cost,
    5 - 6 weeks before arrival - 75% of total cost,
    4 weeks or less before arrival - 100% of total cost
    An administration fee will be charged on all refunds.
    A refundable damage deposit of 200 €, is payable with in cash upon arrival.This will be delivered to you upon departure if there is no damage to the property.
