A refined place in which everybody may recover the warm family atmosphere of the country houses. The vacation, in the rooms  obtained after the expert renovation of a farm of  19Th century, shows an inevitable bond with the land of  Marches and its traditions.Much more than a simple holiday farm, Frescina is waiting for you in the heart of the ancient duchy of Urbino, where the Umbro-marchigiano Apennines meet the Adriatic sea, for receiving you in the beautiful bedrooms of the main house and in the smart bungalows. Typical restaurant, sport and, above all, the well-being centre with swimming-pools and all the best for the physical and mental care. Inside the family farm, four splendid farmhouses re-propose the hospitality and the atmosphere of the past. Lucaraia, Coldifiore, Val del Lago, Casellina: they are all different in style and in the scenery, each one has an own exclusive peculiarity.

Large farmhouse (abt. 300 m2), recently restored, maintaining the characteristics of country homes of times past, set in the Apennine hills between the Marche and Umbrian regions (700 m a.s.l.). Extensive views over the hills. Peaceful position. Large and equipped grassy areas and woods for walks. To the side of the house: swimming-pool (12x6). Parking. The house is particularly suitable for families with children or groups of friends who wish to spend their holidays in contact with nature and in complete freedom. The owners, who are very hospitable, manage a health centre about 20 km away, with spa swimming-pool (10% discount offered on the entrance to the pool) , sports facilities with specialised medical staff, doctors, as well as an excellent restaurant. Internally the house is set over different levels with various accesses to the outside, however it also has a room and a bathroom where there are no physical obstacles.
