A delightful new two-roomed poolside apartment built to European specification, owned by British and German couple, with magnificent island and sea views situated above the picturesque village of Lithakia within walking distance of traditional tavernas and shops and easy access to magnificent beaches and mountain walks. The studio itself comprises a separate bedroom and a lounge with fully equipped kitchen/dining area with fridge, hotplates, tea and coffee making facilities. There is a shower room and WC, also an area for storage. There is provision for either a double or twin beds. The integral roof garden is ideal for relaxing on reclining sun loungers and overlooks the 5m X 10m pool. There is another, larger roof terrace and a BBQ area with further room for relaxing. Laundry facilities are available at extra cost. For those who must 'stay in touch' there is the provision of wireless broadband connection to the internet.

Situated on the mountain above the unspoilt village of Lithakia we offer magnificent views of Laganas Bay and Zakynthos Town. Cooling mountain breezes waft the fragrance of herbs through the olive groves that surround us. From the extensive roof gardens enjoy the canopy of the Milky Way twinkling above at night and the cooling water of the pool during the day. The local shops are close by and offer local produce be it wine, bread, eggs, olive oil, etc.

The perfect holiday villa and location!!

We stayed in the Studio for 9 nights in Aug 2009. The pictures really don't do the place justice - beautiful setting and amazing property; such great value for money. Derek and Elke were extremely helpful; offering lifts and local information and advice. As the description states, you will need some form of transport as one of the great things about the villa is it is out of the way enough, without being isolated. We hired a quad bike from a rental place in Agios Sostis which was a good price and enabled us to see more of the nearby area. The studio itself was very clean and had everything we possibly needed. We loved the roof terrace and the views were absolutely spectacular. Despite the fact all 3 properties were occupied it felt as if it was our own private villa. We loved everything about this place - couldn't recommend it enough. We had a perfect, relaxing holiday and would love to stay again one day.
