This attractive Villa is conveniently located, only a 30 minutes drive from Faro airport. The villa is located in a small residential area and offers good privacy, as it is set in its own enclosed grounds. Within walking distance is the typical Portuguese village of Alcantarilha and it's only a 5 minutes drive to the 7 km long beach in Armação de Pera. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor: a very spacious master bedroom with a large terrace, with an en-suite bathroom offering all the comfort required, including the luxury of a jacuzzi bath and a twin bedroom which has a small outside balcony and full ensuite bathroom. On the ground floor there is one more double bedroom and a separate shower-room. The bright living room has free to air satellite TV and a DVD player. The sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace and BBQ area. The kitchen is well equiped and offers a dining table for 4 people. The outside BBQ area offers a large marble dining area.

This lovely property is conveniently located within a small housing developement on the outskirts of Alcantarilha. The old village centre of Alcantarilha is within a 10 minutes walk from the villa. Here you can experience the authentic Portuguese lifestyle and sample typical Algarvian dishes in one of the local restaurants. The town of Armação de Pera is 4 km away, here you will find a 7km long sand beach. A large variety of watersports are available. After a relaxing day at the beach you can sit down at one of the beach bars, simply enjoy a glass of Algarvian wine or if it is lunch or dinner time try the fresh 'catch of the day' or the mouthwatering grilled sardines. The sunset on Armação de Pera beach is well worth waiting for. There is a good variety of golf courses within a 15 minutes drive of the villa. For a day out shopping the Algarve shopping centre / retail offers all you can wish for.
