This recently built, new to the market, luxury apartment is situated in La Cala de Mijas, between Malaga and Marbella, a beautiful coastal village that still offers a typical Spanish lifestyle but with all amenities necessary for an enjoyable holiday. The blue flag beach has children play areas including a fantastic pirate ship on the beach edge. The village itself offers at least 40 bars/restaurants . During the summer months La Cala plays host to some fantastic events including, beach concerts, Spanish festivals, and even open air cinema screens on the beach! Our Luxury apartment is a 10 min walk from the beach and a further 3 mins into the village centre, however within around 200 yards there is a small selection of bars, restaurants and other amenities. It comprises of 2 bedrooms, 1 en suite, 2 bathrooms, modern kitchen with all mod cons, dishwasher,washing m/c etc, air-con/heating, plasma TV and DVD.

This apartment was just perfect for my wife and two kids .With it being a new build property every thing was brand new so if your looking for up to date decor this is perfect not your traditional Spanish mosaic. The pool was fabulous very child friendly and sun loungers etc and thankfully no one leaving towels down and hogging the loungers Good location only 10 minute walk to centre shops .bars .restaurants.A handbook with instructions for using white goods would have been helpfully in the apartment .I would definitely book this property again .
