Charming villa, unique for both its splendid panoramic position and the privacy it offers as well as for the care with which it has been renovated by the current owners who have sought out, with taste and determination, the perfect mix of antique and modern to make your vacation comfortable and enjoyable. The property is completed by a lovely pool that offers a unique view thanks to the thousands of colours that the surrounding countryside offers. Layout: Built on two levels, this splendid villa is offers a bright day area on the ground floor with a large living room, foyer/reading room, parlour with fireplace and TV, dining room, large built-in kitchen, bathroom with laundry area, and an elegant night zone on the first floor with four large double bedrooms with double beds, two of the bedrooms also have bunk beds and the other two have an additional single bed. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with shower.
