Spacious, luxury townhouse with enhanced spec. furniture/fittings, on a new 5* complex near the sea in a quiet location off the Tombs of the Kings Road. Close to many tavernas, restaurants, bars and shops, with easy access to tourist attractions. It has 2 large bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom, spacious wardrobes, air-conditioning and balcony. Downstairs is a large air-conditioned open-plan lounge and dining area, fully fitted kitchen and a cloakroom. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob and cooking utensils and faces the swimming pool. The lounge has patio doors onto a sunny, furnished, tiled patio and a private beautifully landscaped garden. The property has its own private parking, Sky tv, dvd, cd, radio, a safe, iron & board, hair dryer etc. The complex boasts a large swimming pool, heated by solar panels in the cooler months, children's pool, jacuzzi pool, bar/cafe and fully equipped gym for use at no extra cost.

The property is 3 minutes walk from the Tombs of the Kings Road where you will find numerous tavernas, restaurants, bars, shops and small supermarkets. A small sandy beach is 5 minutes walk away. The Harbour Area with its open air fish restaurants and Paphos Town with its winding streets, local markets and high street shops are both 20 minutes walk away. Alternatively, a bus stop is 3 minutes walk away and buses travel in both directions every 15 minutes, to the Harbour Area, Paphos Town or to attractions such as the Water Park or Coral Bay with its renowned sandy beach which offers all the usual beach facilities and a full range of water sports. There are many archaeological sites in and around Paphos, including The Tombs of the Kings site which is within easy walking distance. The Troodos Mountains are an hour away by car, offering skiing during the winter months. There are 3 golf courses in the Paphos area: Secret Valley, Minthis and the championship course at Aphrodite Hills.
