The villa which was completed in 2005, is built with stone walls, wooden floors and beamed ceilings. It is situated within the beautiful architect designed Panorama Village just 2km around the bay from Parikia, the main port of Paros and has stunning views over Parikia Harbour and Marchello Beach below. The villa is amidst terraced landscaped gardens with a shared pool. The entrance is at first floor level and comprises fully fitted luxury kitchen/diner and comfortable lounge area with a character fireplace. French windows lead onto a large part-shaded terrace and a cosy den area for relaxing outside from the heat of the sun. Downstairs there are 2 large double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, with large en-suite luxury bathrooms with showers. There is also a twin-bedded room with fitted wardrobes and adjacent a smaller bathroom with shower. The floors downstairs are stone with Naxos marble vanity units in the bathrooms. The accommodation is to a very high standard.

The villa is situated 2 km from the main port of Parikia, and is 3 minutes walk from the delightful Marchello Beach, Krios Bay, which has a lively beach bar and sunbed facilities. It takes 5 minutes to drive to the bustling port of Parikia, here you can enjoy an endless choice of restaurants and discover many interesting shops within the old town's traditional backstreets. During the day you can catch a small ferry boat from Marchello Beach across the bay to the main harbour, alternatively you can take a stroll round the bay into town on the coastal path past the sailing club and other taverners, taking approx. 30 minutes. Places to visit on the island:- Lefkos, a pretty mountain village, Naoussa, a pretty fishing village with cobbled streets, narrow alleyways and interesting shops. You can also take a short ferry crossing to Anti Paros, a tranquil island of great beauty with stunning deserted beaches. Pounda beach hosts the world championships for wind and kite surfing.

Great Vacation Rental

We had such a great time. From the moment we arrived on the island, the car arrangement and meeting up at the villal went as smoothly as possible. The rental was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had anything we needed and the front outside patio was perfect for sipping coffee in the morning with an ocean view. The beach was a bit farther than we had expected, but an easy 5 minute walk and the beach by the rental is one of the best on the island. Everything was really great and we would definately rent this villa again. Thank you so much for your help with everything and we hope to be there again soon!

In einem traumhaft gelegenen, wunderschönen und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus haben wir einen Traumurlaub verbracht. Schon vor Antritt der Reise war der Service und die Betreuung perfekt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Dieses Haus ist jeden Euro wert.

My summer vacation 2008

We booked this villa for a couple of weeks in 2008 and ending up staying for 6 or 7 weeks. The location is great. Close enough to town for the night life but far enough away to enjoy a quiet night's sleep. Our 2 children loved the neighbohood. Numerous playmates, nice pool and the beach is a short walk away. Dinghy sailing school in town welcomes tourists. Cavo Doro restaurant will deliver meals. Car necessary although a small tourist boat will ferry you to town and back during day light hours. Staff is friendly and helpful. We had such a good time that we booked again for summer of 2009!
