Cala Pelicanos, built in 2008, sleeps 3 couples in 3 luxury bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and terrace. The house is very comfortably furnished, a.o. with Chinese antiques, and set in a tropical garden; has a plunge pool and a palappa overlooking the beach, with a direct access, and the Caribbean Sea. All bedrooms are air conditioned, the kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, large fridge and separate wine cooler, etc. In the living room tv and audio equipment is available. On the 2nd floor is also a study, equipped with computer and internet access. The stairs lead to a 3rd story tower, with a great view over the Caribbean Sea.. The villa is located in a quiet and very safe gated community, Lawson Rock, however only 10 minutes from the bustling West End of Roatan, with its many bars and restaurants. An ideal spot for divers and snorkelers, with a dive site in front of the house.

Our house, Cala Pelicanos, is located in the quiet, safe, gated community 'Lawson Rock', in the centrally located Sandy Bay area of Roatan, between Coxen Hole, where you find supermarkets, the fish & vegetable market, etc. and West End, with its dive shops, bars and restaurants. It is set in its own tropical garden, with a romantic palappa overlooking the beach and the Caribbean Sea. Especially the sunsets are great ! The house has direct access to the beach, through the garden.
