Our villas are very modern and almost unique to La Cumbre Del Sol as they are built all on one level. This makes them extremely safe and comfortable for all members of your family with the contemporary decor and facilities of a 21st century home. The south facing sun terraces and private pools overlook the gorgeous Mediterranean Sea and the panoramic views of La Cumbre Del Sol. The terrace has a 'naya' with a large outdoor table and chairs seating 8 comfortably. The sunny pool side comes equipped with sun loungers and a BBQ for that truly Spanish 'alfresco' dining experience. There are several great beaches and marinas within 3-15 mins drive with restaurants to suit all tastes. On a practical level there are several supermarkets and pharmacies close by with banks in the nearby towns of Javea and Moraira.

Master en-suite double bedroom with walk-in shower room (also containing basin and WC), large double bed, built in wardrobe and patio bars that lead directly onto the naya, sun terrace and pool. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes. Single beds and mattresses can be attached/zipped together to form large doubles Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds Bedroom 3 large double bed Bedroom 4 with 2 single beds Kitchen - modern design and fully fitted with completely brand new appliances including large fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and microwave. Additionally, there is a 4 ring gas hob with electric fan oven, toaster, kettle, cutlery and crockery - all new to 2009! The large living area combines a generous sitting room with a large 'L' shaped white leather sofa and armchair and a wall mounted flat screen satellite TV. The sitting room merges into an indoor dining room with a large table and 8 chairs Both the living room and dining room have access direct onto the sun terrace and pool

The closest beach is Moraig, just a 3 min drive with parking and two excellent tapas bars. The beach itself is great for snorkeling, swimming or just relaxing in the sun. Arenal (10 mins) beach in Javea is a Blue Flag beach with a vast sandy expanse, perfect for families with children. The beach itself is lined with many restaurants and the promenade is a great place to walk off your evening meal. Moraira (10 mins) also has a fabulous sandy beach and marina, with many restaurants, shops and bars.Within La Cumbre Del Sol there are small shopping areas with supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, restaurants and bar - these are a 3 min drive or 10 min walk away. Benitachell is the nearest village and has a bigger supermarket and more shops, restaurants and bars. Moraira, in addition to its main beach, also has a secluded sandy beach called 'El Portet' - great tapas her too! There are 5 golf courses in the area with Club de Golf Oliva Nova designed by Seve Ballesteros suiting most golfe.

Notes: We have children and safety is of course paramount, so having the villa built all on one level is a big plus as many villas in the area have several levels - not good for family members, young or old! The villa has cooling AC plus, if needed, underfloor heating throughout. An iron, ironing board, baby's highchair and travel cot are available in both villas. The naya has its own wooden outdoor dining table and 8 chairs perfect for some lunch in the shade or 'al fresco' dining in the evening. The sunny south facing pool terrace is equipped with 8 sun loungers and a BBQ. The pool is for the exclusive use of you, our guests. The villa has its own landscaped garden and is accessed from the road by its own driveway.

Fantastic Family Holiday

We found the property easily from Alicante Airport, using the directions given by the owners and were very pleased to find the property in immaculate condition. The property was very spacious and comfortable with everything provided for us to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The private pool was a particular favourite, especially for our two children. There was a supermarket very close by which had everything that we needed and minimised time wasted shopping. We visited all the local beaches which were another favourite of the children and also managed to find the time to eat out on a couple of occasions, where we found the restaurants to be very nice and very child friendly. There was very helpful welcome pack provided which gave us some good information of what was available to us in the area.
The whole holiday was extremely enjoyable and one week did not seem long enough. We have already recommended this property to our friends and family and we will be returning again next year.

Great holiday stay

We found the villa easy to get to from the airport having received very kindly directions from the owner. The property was of very high standard. It was in pristine condition throughout. It contained all mod cons and the optional welcome pack was a great bonus. There was all the information regardiing where to visit different restuarants activities etc at the villa. The people from the cleaning agency who met us at the villa were most helpful with great advice and knowledge on the area. We would highly reccomend this property and location to anyone looking for a sun holiday in a relaxed environment and we hope to return ourselves.
