The spacious accommodation on ground floor level consists of a very spacious lounge and dining area. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Two double bedrooms a twin room , two bathrooms (one en-suite). The lounge opens onto a very large naya with a superb 9 x 5 private pool, barbeque for alfresco dining, sun loungers for soaking up the all day sunshine and also offers a sheltered area away from the sun where you can sit and relax and take in the breathtaking sea views of Moraira. There is a downstairs self contained apartment with lounge, kitchen area, a twin bedded room with an en suite shower room. Moraira is ideally situated between a coastline of sandy beaches and the mountains of the Marina Alta. The World Health Organisation has described Moraira as having as near to an ideal climate as possible which makes for an idyllic all year round holiday resort. This once peaceful fishing village has become a busy, pleasant resort with exquisite restaurants, cafe/bars, interesting shops and boutiques. There are three different beaches catering for childrens play area, quieter coves and rocky fishing areas. There are no high-rise apartments or hotels, package holidays or noisy night life. Villas are all nestled in the tree covered hillside making this a most pretty, colourful and quaint town. Moraira is situated in an ideal position, it is only 30 minutes drive to Denia, 20 minutes to Calpe, 20 minutes to Javea and 40 minutes to Benidorm. Market day is Friday and local fiestas are a must to be seen. In the evenings market stalls selling gifts etc are found in the local town square.

Moraira Beaches: El Portet beach is a shell-shaped bay, quiet with beautiful clear water and a gentle sloping seabed, ideal and safe for swimming. The town beach, just 2 kms away from the villa is a large sandy beach with play area and close to the cafe/bars and restaurants. Water sports that can be enjoyed include swimming, snorkelling, scuba diving, jet skiing, windsurfing and kite surfing, or perfect relaxation and sunbathing. Further down from this beach, a sandy yet rocky cove can be found where children can play or fish. The beaches are all European Blue Flagged, zoned and lifeguarded so that all activities can be enjoyed safely. The villa is set in a secluded cul-de-sac and very private, but less than a 5 minutes walk from there is Sol Park, where there are tennis courts, crazy golf, mini golf, patisserie/cafe bar, restaurants and a few little local shops. Other sports to be enjoyed are walking, climbing, cycling and horse riding.

Golfing Information.: Within 10 minutes drive of the villa is Javea Golf Club situated between Moraira and Javea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and 3,035 metres and is easy to play and relatively flat. The Olazabal designed la Sella Golf Course is 15 minutes drive inland near the village of Jeus Pobre. The course has 18 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres. The course although flat has many trees and water obstacles but presents a very good challenge. Within 40 minutes drive north towards Oliva, there is Olivia Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing course has 18 holes, is par 72 and 7,051 metres. Going south overlooking Benidorm you have the two new Real de Faula championship courses which are very highly recommended - one par 72 championship and one par 62 eighteen hole tester!

Fiestas & Entertainment: The local Fiestas are not to be missed where the whole town comes alive with music and dancing in the streets. Children's parades are wonderful to see. Little street markets in the town square sell trinkets, presents and gifts, jewellery and handbags etc. You can have your portrait painted and there is live pan-pipe music playing in the background. Also, just a minutes walk from the town, on the free car park there is a little mini fairground for the children. As Moraira is set in such a perfect coastline position it is close to all the other towns and therefore enables you to take advantage of all the Fiestas and excitement taking place in Denia, Javea or Calpe. The local market day in Moraira is Friday
