We invite you to relax and enjoy our spacious, luxury five bed villa, ideally situated for all the Theme Parks, shops and restaurants, easily accessible from the main airports at Orlando, Sanford and Tampa. It is set in the peaceful & idyllic surroundings of Hampton Lakes, perfect to chill out at the end of a busy day. The large pool area, jacuzzi & Lanai are south west facing, perfect for those after a tan, making this is an ideal location for the all year round sun in the Sunshine State. The villa is fully air-conditioned, our large family room is complete with large screen LCD TV & DVD player. Dining room for 8 & fully equipped kitchen with telephone with free calls to US & Canada. Master & Queen bedrooms both are en-suite & have Cable TV with 3 further bedrooms, two twin, on the top landing. Our family games room has Pool table, air hockey, basketball game and sofa to relax & have fun. Also tennis rackets for the communal play area. We love our villa, we hope you do too!

The I4 (major Florida Interstate) is 3 miles away giving access to the major attractions - Walt Disney Theme Parks, Magic Kingdom, Epcot Centre, Hollywood Studios & Animal Kingdom (15/20 mins), SeaWorld, Aquatica & Discovery Cove (Exit 71 30/35 mins), Universal Studios Universal Islands of Adventures & Wet n Wild (Exit 75A 40/45 mins). The I4 allows easy access to Busch Gardens (70mins - with directions in the owners book), Kennedy Space Center & the wonderful beaches of Clearwater and Daytona. Hampton Lakes community is also central for an excellent choice of local restaurants, supermarkets and shopping including a large new mall which was completed in 2008 just 4 miles away. There are also several golf courses all within a few minutes drive!

Fantastic stay in an excellent villa

We have just returned after spending a total of 23 nights in this excellent family villa. The location is central for easy access to all that Orlando has to offer, as well being just under an hour away from the nearest beaches. You can find the nearest restaurants and publix, just over a mile from the villa and the junction with 192 is only 3 miles away with a wide range of restaurants, walmart, shops etc.

The villa is clean, tidy and very spacious. It is well equipped for those days when not tracking around theme parks. It has 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, games room and a large private pool with sun lounges and plenty of chairs. We really enjoyed the days spent in the villa as the pool and games room kept the kids occupied! The complex also has a communal pool and tennis courts, which we used on occasions and proved to be a welcome addition to the facilities on offer.

The owners Robert and Rona provided us with an excellent personal service, backed up with a management company who were there if we needed any assistance. We can't recommend this villa enough and if we decide to come back to Florida next year, we will definitely be contacting Robert and Rona!!

Happy Easter Holiday

We stayed in this villa over the Easter holidays last March and we were extremely lucky with the weather, I personally felt the best thing about this accommodation was the jacuzzi which we were in every night, it was the perfect way to end an exhausting day going round the parks or shopping!! The swimming pool is a good size for the children and they thoroughly enjoyed playing in it.

The villa is very well maintained and I could not fault the standard of cleanliness. At the pool area there is a slight overhang which provides good shelter from the sun for those that need it.There is plenty of pool furniture as well.

The villa is very well equipped with all the mod cons, large tv with an enourmous amount of channels.

We found the villa no problem and it was very close to the main routes which made getting to and from the parks and the shopping malls very easy. We also found a supermarket and takeaways just five minutes down the road.

All in all we were very happy with our time spent in the Villa and I will definately consider staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Villa.

The Disney parks are very close, and after a long day of fun it was great to come back and relax by the pool. In addition the beaches on either Florida coast are only just over an hour away. The property was clean, spacious and comfortable and the pool is fantastic !
