This bright, modern, fully equipped and air conditioned apartment is situated on first floor (lift available) with large balcony overlooking one of the two feature swimming pools on the complex. Within easy walking distance is the Playa Flamenca Centre with a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants. Also many supermarkets and banks.There are several sandy beaches within easy walking distance. A local bus service gives easy access to the Spanish fishing town of Torrevieja.Car hire is available locally although not essential at this holiday location. Ideally suited for couples and families wishing to relax and enjoy the pools and beaches or for the more energetic within easy access are several golf courses, go karts, archery and gym. Meet and greet taxi transfer is available to guests.

Situated just 350 metres from the beach this secure luxury complex is ideally sited. Within walking distance there are several beaches some of which have Blue Flag status. A friendly commercial centre offering many varying themed restaurants from family to fine dining. Many bars/restaurants offer live entertainment. Also at hand are banks and supermarkets. There is a large Go kart track to suit enthusiasts and beginners alike. Try your hand at archery. For a more relaxing holiday lounge by the large feature swimming pool or relax on your balcony overlooking the pool, take in the atmosphere and listen to the gently flowing sound of the waterfall. Within a short drive there are several championship golf courses offering superb conditions and a friendly welcome at the '19th' hole. Car Hire is available locally although a recommended friendly and reliable taxi service will take you to any location and collect at pre arranged time with very reasonable rates.

Local attractions: There is a large street market at Playa Flamenca each Saturday morning selling a wide variety of goods from foods and drink to clothing, music and jewellery. Even if you do not buy anything the experience of this market is well worth a visit. Enjoy typical Spanish village life at San Miguel a short drive from Playa Flamenca. The street market is also at this location on Wednesday. Near Torevieja visit the salt Lakes and see the Pink Flamingos or for a more energetic day enjoy the fun at the water park nearby with many exhilarating rides. For a relaxing night out enjoy a meal in the Plaza at Villa Martin where you can sit beneath the Palm Trees and watch the parrots flying overhead or listen to the free live entertainment which is sometimes on offer at the Plaza. Torrevieja is the place to go for a night of dancing til the early hours in the top class clubs and bars in this thriving and lively City.

Having spent two and a half weeks at the apartment in the summer, we really enjoyed it. A lovely place to rest and unwind. Not far from supermarkets and two lovely beaches.
The property was clean and well maintained.
Would definatly go back.

Fantastic all round experience

Everything about this rental met and often surpassed our expectations and we would definately recommend it and look forward to returning. The location of Playa Flamenca is perfect for families and couples and as described does not require a car as an essential holiday addition. Within 5 minutes easy walk are a wealth of amenities including banks, bars, hairdressers, beauty salon, super markets and restaurants to meet every budget. The apartment is excellently appointed and benefits from some well thought out extras such as a small library of books, DVDS and Music as well as hair dryer and full kitchen and laundry facilities. You even have use of the sun loungers! which was a really welcomed surprise. As a couple we found the apartment spacious but would however, happily return with others and use it to its 4 person capacity as both bedrooms are ensuite both offering a shower facility. The final bonus of a lovely stay was the efficient taxi service which operates as a pick up and drop off to your airport and can be booked for journeys during your stay (payable locally). An all round fantastic stay and good value too. Brilliant!
