Air conditioning throughout the villa. Patio's front & back of the villa, with balconies off the lounge and master bedroom Five minute walk to ladies beach and short bus journey into Kusadasi. Close to local shops.

Airport Taxi: Arrangements can be made to pick you up from Izmir or Bodrum airports. For around £90(100 euros) will arrnage to meet you at Izmir airport & help you with your luggage. The cost includes the return trip back to Izmir airport at the end of your stay. We can offer the same service to & from Bodrum airport - though the cost is £160 (180 euros).

Welcome Arrival: You will be met on arrival at the apartment, unless you've requested we organise a taxi for you. The host will provide keys and tour of property. We are able to supply a basic Welcome pack for £15 which includes: Milk, bread, butter, jam, water, fruit juice, sugar, coffee & T- bags. If you wish to specify some specific foods you wish to be available on arrival please let us know.

My friend and I stayed in this house for 2 weeks and is the perfect location for beach and dolmus into town, and the area was quiet at night. The property was clean although could with a little upgrade. I liked this house, especially the self contained studio apartment and the air-con which is a definite must in Turkey. Would recommend this property for families with teenagers, couples or a girls getaway. The company that looked after the apartment, Kusadasi Transfers, were extremely helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough to help you. You'll be in safe hands.

Great Holiday Experience

We have just got back and had a great time over Easter. The Apartment was spacious and very well maintained.

We took out 2 kids aged 11 and 16 and they each brought a mate. There was plenty for them to do and we had the choice of being chilled out by staying local or go into town which was fun and lively in the evenings. We chose to eat out most evenings and found plenty of variety in the places to eat.

The apartment would be good for younger families and we always felt relaxed and secure. The local residents were friendly and made us feel welcomed to be on holiday.

Holiday in Kusadasi

Good for families with young children or groups who enjoy sightseeing.
Getting into town was easy by a short bus service, or enjoyable 15 minute walk.
Kusadasi at night has lots to offer, we were able to stay in Ladies beach and relax & enjoy nice food and drink, and it was only a short walk down to the beach.
We had a great time...Thank You!

Relaxing getaway

We have two teenage daughters and found the villa just right - especially with 2 bathrooms and the girls having their own bedrooms.

Its on three floors, we stayed at the top - so had to put up witht he stairs, though meant we didn't hear the noise the girls made when they came in.

great for nightlife, or just staying local to Ladies beach and enjoy the sunshine
