Large Landlord house close to the sea in Cabo de las Huerta close to Alicante city, with carved furniture, classic style, and carpets in the living rooms; air conditioning and Sat TV. The wide kitchen, fully furnished, communicates with the laundry room with washing machine and dryer. 6 double bedroom and 4 bathrooms, two of them in suite, one guests toilet on the main floor. Nearly all the bedrooms open on the terrace surrounding the first floor, the corridor receives light from a skylight, on the roof where there is the solarium with a stunning sea view all around the Alicante Bay till Benidorm. The house is surrounded by a garden with lawn. The living room and the dining room open on a covered terrace with armchairs and table to dine al fresco, the built in barbecue is located in front of the kitchen. All around the swimming pool there is a fresh lawn, and sunbeds to lie in the sun. The house is located in an exclusive area where live the important persons of Alicante city.
