New-built with new furnishings, Villa with English garden with lawn is a low-ground independent house. It’s characterized by a wide outside area, about 150 m2, with a marvellous lawn. Thanks to a veranda of about 40m2, you can take lunch or better have dinner leisurely outside, enjoying the cool air in the evening.Inside: a living/dining room, a bathroom with shower, a double room and one more room with two beds. In all, there are 4+1 sleeping accommodations at the option of one more bed on request. At few meters from the Villa there’s the Holiday Village ' Riva Marina'. In summer, July and August, you can take use of the many funny activities proposed by the holiday village, with conventionated price, such as: swimming pool and tennis court, at 100 meters far from the Villa, there’s a wide pine-wood where in summer there’s also a nice local street market where you can buy fresh local products at low price. Pool open from July to Agost.

Lido Specchiolla is a quite seaside resort, the ideal place to take a rest. Along the littoral zone of Specchiolla there are many little creeks, the so-called calette, beautiful and golden sand beaches interchanged to low cliffs.The nicest beaches are those near Lido Sabbia d’Oro and Laguna Blu, where you can enjoy amusing live concerts, in the evening. Near here, there are many restaurants with local cooking, pizzerias, bar, skating rinks, clay pigeon shooting area and bakeries at 150 ms.In Apulian Bakeries you can find home-made bread, tomato’s pizzas a juicy variety of tomato, frisas and panzerottis (fried dough, filled with tomato and mozzarella).In the small port of Specchiolla, at 200 ms seat of the Lega Navale, in August there’s the “Sagra del Polpo” (a nice town festival of sea-food). Here, early in the morning, you can buy fresh fish.Finally, in the pine-wood far 100 ms there are many local markets where you can buy the local products of our country.
