This modern apartment provides luxury accommodation in a beautiful, peaceful setting. The location of the apartment is ideal, set on landscaped gardens with swimming pool, and adjacent to the medieval old town of Antibes. The large balcony overlooks the sea and snow capped mountains and the nearest beach is just a short stroll away. Local shops, bars and restaurants are less than a 10 minute walk away and a scenic 20 minute walk along the sea-front passing the beach, Fort Carre and the yachts of Port Vauban brings you to the centre of Antibes. Antibes offers visitors a host of activities including watersports, theme parks, thalassotherapy, museums, markets, restaurants, shops and cafes. There are numerous beaches and scenic walks along the 25km of coastline that surround Antibes, Cap d'Antibes and Juan Les Pins. The famous coastal towns of Cannes, St. Tropez, Nice and Monaco are all close by making this the ideal location from which to explore the Riviera as well as inland Provence.

This apartment is ideally located in a quiet residential enclave in Antibes, within walking distance of a host of amenities such as shops, restaurants, bars, beaches, water sport activity centres, theme parks, yacht marina, museums, galleries, train and bus stations. The old town of Antibes is a joy to explore with it's quaint narrow streets full of charming shops, cafes, restaurants and historical buildings. Antibes Mediterranean location means that seaside activities are plentiful, swimming, sailing, diving, windsurfing or walking along the seafront or just sitting in a nice cafe looking out at the sea and boats coming and going. Antibes central location on the Cote d'Azur makes it a great location for exploring the region and visiting famous towns such as Monaco, Nice, Cannes and St. Tropez or hilltop villages such as St. Paul de Vence, Biot & Mougins which are all close by. Italy is less than an hour away and the mountains and ski resorts are less than a 2 hour drive from Antibes.

Wonderful stay in Antibes

We have just returned from a lovely week's break here. The apartment has everything you would need and is extremely well-equipped ,spotlessly clean and nicely furnished. This is an absolutely beautiful part of France-so much to see and do. There are some lovely restaurants and we had fabulous weather (21-23 degrees) every day. The bus service is fantastic only 1 euro wherever you go- absolutely terrific value -no need to hire a car. A great week and we'll be back soon I hope.

Fantastic!
It is very difficult to imagine better view form the apartments!!! Balcony is in the tender morning sun for the breakfast and in the shadow when you are coming for lunch from the beach! Beach is in walking distance and all necessary shops and market are there. Beach is strewn with shingle. Water is clear and calm. There is not a lot of tourists on the beach, just a few couples, very rare with children.
But lets come back to apartments. There is everything you can expect at your own home. It starts from el. driven gate to property and continued with air condition, new quality pots, full complete of tableware, stereo, TV, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, etc.
We were met by very friendly and pleasant owners representative Cyril. He showed us everything both in apartments and surrounds and he always was ready to reply any question we might have during our stay.
The location of the apartments is fantastic. I have forgotten to say that we rented car for our vacation. Almost every evening after diner with great view to the sea, harbour, yachts and mountains we vent to Antibes downtown (5 min) or Cannes (15 mins to Croisette) or Nice (20 mins to city centre). After walking there and having drinks we returned to property and relaxed to have another beautiful day on the beach.
I would recommend this apartment.

Great time in Antibes

We stayed in this apartment for one week in the end of June. There were three of us (two adults and a teenager), and the apartment suited us perfectly.

Antibes was beautiful, and the apartment was just great, too! In particular, we loved the big terrace with the sea view and spent a few evenings there sipping wine and watching boats and the lights of Fort Carré. Everything in the apartment and in the building was spotlessly clean, new and well-planned.

Antibes was easily accessible, and there was also a small local shopping centre within five minutes' walk.There were a few good bakeries as well as a couple of food stores and local restaurants.

We traveled around by our car (in Monaco, Eze, Nice, St. Paul de Vence, Grasse...), and spent time in the old town of Antibes as well as on many beaches of Antibes and Juan les Pins. The weather was sunny and warm almost every day.

All and all, we had a great holiday, and we would definetely like to return Antibes again!

Delighted with the apartment- modern, comfortable, spotlessly clean and all the facilities you would hope for. The area is very well serviced by bus and rail meaning that accessibility to airport and the riviera is hassle free and very reasonable. Would have no reservations about recommending this property. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

A great week in a lovely modern apartment

What a lovely modern apartment in gated development in an excellent setting.

We stayed here from June13 to June 20, 2009. The weather was perfect but South of France was not too busy and we enjoyed day trips to St Tropez, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco and to Antibes itself. The position of the apartment made all these accessible although traffic on the coast road to Saint Tropez was horrendous. Access to Antibes by free public bus is easy once you know local bus timetable, copy of which, along with other tourist information and guide book had been thoughtfully left in apartment.

The apartment is new, fresh , tidy, well equiped with , at that time of year, easy parking within the development. Air conditioning was installed just before our trip which was a great boon when temperatures and humidity got too much. There were only two of us and we fitted into the apartment easily.

Altogether a great week in a lovely apartment that met expectations.
