The villa is approx 5 mins drive from the charming town of Loule, with its colourful covered market offering the best in local produce, picturesque architecture and cobbled streets, and a good choice of restaurants. Within 15-20 minutes drive are beautiful sandy beaches, the marina at Vilamoura, the old town of Faro and several of the most prestigious golf courses in Europe. The Spanish border is also only about 30 minutes away and in less than 1 1/2 hours you can be in the historic city of Seville. Loule has two big supermarkets as well as many interesting small shops and in Almancil (15 mins drive) you will find the famous Apolonia supermarket, where you'll be able to get hold of anything you're missing from home!

Notes: Towels provided are for indoor use, not for the pool/beach. Maid service twice a week, bed linen changed once a week. There are 4 sun loungers and a large parasol on the terrace surrounding the 8 x 4 m pool. Not suitable for very young children as the pool is unprotected and there is no shallow end (depth 1.65m whole length although there are wide steps across one end to enter). A pergola provides shade for the outdoor dining table and chairs. Electric entrance gates to the driveway leading to private garage. There is a table tennis room in the basement.

New Luxury Villa in Beautiful surroundings

Beautiful, well equipped luxury villa in the heart of the Algarve, close to Loule’s numerous shops and restaurants but far enough away for a peaceful secluded holiday. The owners are very attentive without being intrusive, we had a very minor problem with a toilet, it was fixed within four hours of me contacting Sally – possibly a world record for the Algarve!! We were there in August and as you would expect the weather was very hot, the villa however was beautifully cool thanks to the excellent air conditioning throughout. We’ve stayed at many villas throughout the Algarve and this one ranks right at the top thanks to its luxurious nature, its location and the fantastic views right down to the coast. This is the first villa we’ve stayed in that we are seriously considering returning next year. In summary this is a highly recommended villa!!

Excellent new built house with great views! Very close to Loule , Almancil and beaches. Owner, maid and garderner are all very helpful and friendly.
If you want to enjoy a bit of rural surroundings and tranquility, with high levels of comfort, this is a comfortable place.
Spacious, marble floors, airco in every room, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. New and solid.
We will definitely come back!
