The villa is situated in Hampton Lakes accessed from the I-4 exit 58 or 55 Perfectly situated for visits to Disney and Universal with travelling times 20 to 30 minutes. The photos that you are viewing are of the actual villa that is on offer and were taken in 2009 after a complete home remodelling. All bed linen, towels and hairdryers are included in the rental. The main living area has a 50' HDTV with Digital Cable, Play Station 3, Free calls throughout the USA and Secure Wifi access. The two master suites also have HDTV with ingrated DVD's. Access to the villa is via your own personal code, thereby eliminating the collection of keys. The property is a non-smoking home, however smoking is allowed outside on the pool deck. We are flexible on arrival and departure times. Our Management Company have prepared a Welcome Folder inside the villa with all contact telephone details should you require any assistance. The price quoted is an all inclusive price per night of stay. Enjoy!

Having just returned from a 3 week stay in your fantastic villa it makes a pleasant change to write a good review. The villa was perfect! home from home. The villa is on a nice quiet estate well located for all the attractions in the area. The property was like new inside and out and every applience tv etc was of the highest standard. Customer service was excellent from the owner and management company. We are sure that anyone staying at the villa will have a fantastic holiday as we did.

Excellent House located in a great development

We stayed here late July early August and the house was superb.
The owner was a pleasure to deal with both on the phone and by e-mail and provided us with a welcome pack on arrival.
I would recomend this house to anyone and would certainly stay here if we can ever save enough to visit Orlando again!
