Lovely bungalow villa with a private community pool, sunny roof solarium, front & back patio terrace and secure parking. The villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a superbly furnished lounge/diner with 2 sofa beds & chair and a dining table for 4, fully equipped luxury kitchen. The commercial centre boasts a selection of shops, bars and restaurants, supermarket, & tennis court. Camposol Sensol golf course & clubhouse are a 3 minutes drive. The Sensol 4* Spa Hotel has spa day treatments and all the facilities of a high class hotel. The beautiful beaches of Mazarron Bay and Bolnuevo are just 15 minutes drive. The new marina in Mazarron is stunning and is famous for water sports including several diving schools and fishing trips.There are numerous Blue Flag beaches around the coastline. The surrounding area offers magnificent country side with fabulous walks, cycling and wild life. Within 30 minutes drive are a water park, zoo and the Sierra Espuna.

The Costa Calida is situated in the south east corner of the Iberian Peninsula. It has a total of 250km of coastline and 'Costa Calida' translated means 'Hot Coast'. Mazarrron - Where the mountains meet the sea. Bathed in history and with numerous beautiful beaches, hidden coves, mountains and varied countryside, the friendly people and environment make Mazarron and the Costa Calida region a wonderful place to visit for a carefree and relaxing holiday. Puerto de Mazarron boasts a new marina, superb sandy beaches and secluded coves. There are many excellent, traditional Spanish restaurants and bars along the paseo. It is one of the most important tourist centres for marine and sub-aquatic activities in Spain.
