Beautiful spacious 3 bedroomed villa located just above the orange groves and offering perfect access to the 3 main areas of Javea- the Arenal beach, the Port and the Old Town. All within a 5 minute drive. This modern villa is built on a large plot of around 1150sq m and offers all the convenience of contemporary living with the added attraction of a convenient and tranquil location. Built on 2 levels, external features include a kidney shaped private pool, on ground floor level , a spacious naya with table tennis table and dining area and 'secret garden' area with fountain and patio. On the ground floor, 2 large double bedrooms both with built in wardrobes, family bathroom ,good-sized kitchen with American fridge freezer with ice maker and water filter, large lounge with Sat TV and wi-fi, separate dining area with seating for 6. On the 1st floor- master bedroom with air-con and large en-suite including bath and separate walk-in shower, breakfast balcony and separate sun terrace.

There is so much to do in the surrounding area as well - Terra Mitica theme Park, Aqualandia water park, Terra Natura, Mundomar all in Benidorm, the 'village in the rock' Guadalest, Denia with frequent ferry service to the party capital of the world Ibiza, pretty Moraira with its sandy beach, lovely restaurants and cute shops. The fact that the beach- the Port and the Old Town- is so accessible means that you ensure that you get the most out of your time spent here- enjoying the experience rather than wasting time in traffic getting there. The villa is situated a minute's drive from the main route out of Javea so you are also handily placed for trips to Moraira, Calpe, Altea and Benidorm or further afield to Valencia and Alicante.There is also a new indoor shopping mall at Ondara with multi-complex cinema(headphones provided for English)bowling alley and tons of shops and restaurants which is a 15 min drive away. But if you prefer to relax by the pool and chill out then this tranquil spot is perfect as well. So whether you fancy seeing the sites, popping down to the beach, eating at a great restaurant or just topping up the tan at the pool our villa is definitely the place for you.

Beautiful villa, perfect for our family holiday!

My wife and I plus our 3 children, 14 years old, 11 years old & 9 years old had a great time in this lovely villa. The photographs on the Internet give an exact likeness of the villa and its surroundings. Its nice quiet location is perfect for relaxing days around the pool but if the children get bored then it’s ideally located for the Port, the Arenal and the Old Town which are all no more than 5 minutes drive away. The owners of the villa are very friendly and helpful; it’s perfectly clean & you can immediately see as soon as you arrive that they take great pride in their property.
