Detached private villa situated on the Country Club, has private south facing garden with it's own private pool. With a modern fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Our villa is fully air conditioned (payable 30 euros per week), throughout cool in the summer hot in the winter months. It has an open plan living area, with dinning room table and chairs, lounge with sofa and chairs. Satellite TV English programmes and sport. Double bedroom with 5 foot bed and fitted wardrobes. Second bedroom double with twin beds fitted wardrobes. Bathroom with WC, bidet, sink and shower & electric heater. Outside there is a garden all around the property and plenty of parking outside for cars. The private pool is to the back of the villa and has sun loungers, table and chairs for eating outside. There is a sun terrace upstairs.

Mazarron Country Club is located 15 minutes drive from the Port of Mazarron which has long sandy beaches and a pedestrianised coastal walk way. Country Club has a couple of local golf courses near by. The area is in outstanding natural beauty because of all the mountains that can be seen. On site there is a very good Tapas bar that sells fresh bread. There are also tennis courts that can be used and a large our pool is open in the high season. Horse riding is near by, and local shops for small and large shopping is roughly 2 miles away. Cartagena is our nearest old city with lots of attractions, warm natural spring swimming pools are also a drive away. Restaurants are in driving distance 2 miles and the port of Mazarron has a wide range of restaurants and bars. The Country Club is a quiet and tranquil place and you will enjoy a peaceful holiday.

There is a large communal pool which opens in the high season, we have our own private pool as well. Cleaning is 48 euros which is payable locally, this included meet & greet fully cleaning on departure of all linen used and towels & tea towels. All prices included all electric and water bills.
