Superb new villa surrounded by fragrant gardens has luxurious qualities throughout including a huge pool and wonderful ocean views! Its peaceful location above the Ocean Club commands terrific views of Luz Bay, the village and the surrounding countryside. Generously sized and beautifully furnished bedrooms and living space provide a high standard of facilities - all you need for the perfect holiday. Two steps down from the bedrooms, kitchen and hallway is a large lounge and dining area with patio doors onto the extensive south-facing decking and pool area. Stairs from the hallway lead down to the laundry room, wine cellar, and toilet.. The very well equipped kitchen opens onto a lovely patio area with large dining table and chairs, beyond which is an impressive outdoor kitchen with built in sink, storage, seating and BBQ. Wonderful for entertaining! The villa has a gated entrance with security camera access and parking for several cars.

Located 5 km from Lagos, Praia da Luz is a small friendly family beach resort with blue flag status. The lovely palm-lined promenade to the beach has stalls selling jewellery and crafts. There are small supermarkets and shops, chemist, bank, post office, good bars and an excellent choice of good restaurants to suit all tastes. All kinds of water sports, para-gliding, grotto boat trips/dolphin tours and fishing are available, as well as tennis, horse-riding and cycling with wonderful coastal walks and bird watching in the area. Golfers have excellent choices nearby: Boavista 2km, Parque da Floresta 6km, Palmares 10km, Penina 14km. Lagos has cobbled streets filled with shops bars/restaurants enclosed by ancient walls and fortifications. It has a large marina and Meia Praia, a 4km stretch of sandy beach. Lagos Zoo, nearby water parks and Zoomarine are great for families. The dramatic cliffs and coves in the natural park to the west are unforgettable.
