Located in one of Southern California's most exclusive areas is the quaint Marina Village of Dana Point. We are one block south of the world famous Ritz Carlton and St. Regis Hotels, located on Oceanside of scenic Pacific Coast Highway. We have three units located in the beautiful complex of Niguel Beach Terrace. The complex has a newly remodeled heated pool. Our condos is finely appointed with only the best quality furnishings, linens and appliances. We offer big screen TVs with extensive DVD collections, games, beach gear (chairs/boogie boards). Every detail has been given attention to assure our guest enjoy a wonderful vacation.
