Lots of vaulted ceilings and arches make up this fully tiled 3 bedroom 2 bathroom split level Villa with screened in South facing private pool and spa. Large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook and seating for 6. Separate dining room with seating for 8 and wood blind window treatments throughout. Large family room with leather sectional, upgraded cable TV including DVR over 200 channels including premiership football and wireless internet and a desktop PC available for your use. Selection of DVDs to watch books to read and board games as well as games console and games. Upgraded linens (minimum 400 count), towels, pool and beach towels provided.

There is wireless internet at the villa, plus a desktop PC for your use and a NINTENDO WII WITH SPORTS GAMES . Bedding, all our sheets are a minimum count of 400.Towels are also of a high quality, with seperate beach/pool towels.

Books Board games and aNintendo Wii and Games are there for your use and enjoyment. I alos leave as well as full toilet rolls in each toilet, a full Kitchen roll, coffee filters, coffee, suger and a few other basics for your use.

the villa was clean and well supplied, even some extras such as sugar and coffee were made available and the owners were very happy to supply a small grocery package, at cost. the pool was well maintained although the spa did not seem to work all the time.
owner phoned to check all was ok and was very friendly and helpful.
driving distance to attractions was just under 20mins and very easy.
the only tiny criticism is that without rugs by the doors, the tile flooring was very slippery when wet and as it really rains most afternoons in august, we had to put towels down to stop us all falling over.
overall though, a lovely quiet well equipped villa that we very much enjoyed staying in and would certainly book again. the computer was a great hit with my teenage daughters.

finally i accidentally turned some of the white towels pink and the owner was extrememly understanding about this and only deducted £10 from the security deposit which i feel was very generous as it was at least 4 large bath towels!!
