We have a beautiful detached 3 bedroom villa in the Southern part of Costa Blanca in Spain. The villa is actually in Rojales. It is a Mediterranean village only 10 km away from the large town Torrevieja. The beach and the beautiful yacht marina of Guardamar are 5 km away and are easily accessible. The busy and very atmospheric night-life in Alicante is accessible via the provincial road the N332 within 20 minutes. Our villa stands on 500m2 and is fully enclosed by means of a wall, so has the privacy needed. Naturally the villa has its own swimming pool, 8 x 4 meters, with lighting and Roman steps. In the Winter the swimming pool can be warmed up to 28 degrees. There are many sunny and shady areas in the garden. Our villa is to let at very interesting condition.
