Detached villa with all amenities and large enclosed garden located in a calm and attractive district of the picturesque seaside resort of Trebeurden, on the stunningly beautiful Pink Granite Coast. The house is close to sandy beaches, village shops and is an ideal location for a family holiday or a group of friends. The downstairs accommodation consists of an open plan kitchen, dining room and living room, 2 bedrooms, one with en suite, 1 bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, a shower room and separate toilet. The garden is private and enclosed, with lawn areas and plenty of parking space. Trebeurden is the ideal location to explore this pretty area of Brittany.

The property is located in a pleasant residential area in the scenic resort village of Trebeurden. It is within easy walking distance of several beaches, restaurants, shops and bars. It is an ideal base from which to explore the Pink Granite coast. It is on the coastal footpath route and local cycle routes are well signposted. A watersports centre and children activity club operate from the beach during the holiday season. A traditional market takes place every Tuesday and local seafood and produce is always available. Breton music is a feature of the weekly evening entertainment on the marina in the summer. The coast is famous for its interesting granite rock formations and boat trips to the nearby islands and bird sanctuary can be easily booked. The historic towns of Lannion and Treguier are a short drive away as is the resort town of Perros Guirec with its interesting shops,marina and casino. The area has something for everyone and is ideal for a great family holiday.
